When you first use your sign in to make any changes you will be required to provide a valid contact email address for security purposes.

You can edit your entry at any time but changes will not be activated until you have received an email from Find A Doctor and you confirm the change is correct. This step protects your information from unauthorised change, and maintains a proper audit trail.

You are able to change your password using the edit facility to one of your choice but please ensure that any password is at least 8 characters long, not easily guessed and kept secure at all times.

If you have not already done so you can choose to use the enhanced information facility which allows you to provide far more information which will be available to patients if they make an enquiry. This enhanced service is free for the first year. Select the Payment option on the Edit screen and follow the simple instructions. In any search, the entry for those who have provided additional information will be highlighted with a special icon.
